Diagnostics Screen

The Diagnostics Screen provides a good place to quickly see if the device is able to connect to the internet and/or to the selected site.

Diagnostics Summary:​

  • Internet Connection: Shows Connected if there is a connection, Limited (rarely), or No Internet when the device has no internet connection.
  • WiFi: Shows whether the WiFi module is connected.
  • Cellular: Shows whether the Cellular module is connected.

Only WiFi or Cellular and not both, will show as connected on most devices.

Ping Test Responses:​

  • AuthenticationAPI: Pings the AuthenticationAPI.
  • Mobile Server API: Pings the Mobile Server API.
  • Mobile Server: Pings the Mobile Server.
  • Public Endpoint: Pings Google's (8.8.8.8) Endpoint.
  • Totalled Round Trip. Total of all Pings.
